My little sister picked up head lice from school, they love their hair because hair is too thick, dilute it now, because life does not treat her hair with head lice. Wash hair with normal shampoo and hair with a towel, then add for hair conditioner (you can see a few drops of neem oil or tea tree on this list if you wish) by a head massage and hair. Comb with a lice comb and rinse. These are all 3 days for 2 weeks. Then use a rinse of the neem oil to deter any new nits.
Nor can a chemical, as long as you can comb through massage and it is not necessary to rinse. See Holland and Barret.
